'ParticleCanyonAtlas originated from a humble vision: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family established our little pizzeria in 1985, a cozy family venture with ancestral recipes.

The origins of our founder, Marco Rossi's pizza craft, trace back to Italy, where she studied the traditions of pizza crafting in Naples, the pizza's hometown. Upon her return to the UK, her goal was to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, honoring the classic techniques and selecting premium ingredients.

From its beginnings as a quaint 12-seat eatery, we’ve expanded into a cherished community cornerstone, never faltering in our dedication to quality and originality. We still employ historic oven-firing practices, prepare our dough fresh each day, and pursue the very best produce available.

Maintaining its family ethos, 'ParticleCanyonAtlas' is now guided by the second-generation Rossi family members, heading a team of enthusiastic individuals. Although we've incorporated contemporary touches, the ethos of our work is unaltered: to create palatable, true pizza that unites patrons.
